The records behind good, person-centred care, from training and competency to supervision and staff.
People and information joined up, through meetings, staff communication, references, and resident surveys.
CQC-aligned audits, evidence, and a live readiness picture, kept inspection-ready across every home.
Registered managers, nominated individuals, and compliance leads. Swap scattered folders, spreadsheets, and last-minute inspection panic for one calm, current system.
Documents scattered across drives and folders.
One evidence register and document library, so you find the right file, and its current version, in seconds.
No version control, files get overwritten.
Records are soft-superseded, never overwritten, so a full, auditable history stays intact.
Expiries and renewals slip through.
Automatic expiry tracking, reminders, and evidence-gap detection, so nothing lapses before an inspection.
Inspection prep swallows weeks of admin.
A live readiness picture plus one-click inspection-pack export, so you walk in prepared, not panicking.
Meetings that never turn into action.
Pull live figures from across Trine into your minutes, and turn agreed actions into owned, dated tasks you can track.
Chasing training and supervision by hand.
Training and supervision matrices show who is due, overdue, or up to date, so you chase far less.
Set your home up, record the daily compliance work, and see inspection readiness with the next actions already surfaced. Pick a stage to explore the modules behind it.
A per-staff register for Right to Work, DBS, references, and nurse PIN, structured around CQC Schedule 3 (Regulation 19) recruitment checks, with manager attestation and expiry tracking.
Consistent question sets with per-answer scoring, finalised to a versioned archive. On Enterprise, two interviewers can co-edit the same record in real time.
A staff-by-training grid with sign-off and reminders, seeded from the Skills for Care catalogue, plus in-house competency assessments offered as recommended guidance.
Recurring check grids such as fridge temperatures and cleaning, completed from a QR code at the point of care, with period locking and reminders when a check is missed.
Capture incidents and near-misses, grade severity, assign follow-up actions, and keep a defensible record of what happened and how it was handled.
Section-aware templates per meeting type and attendee registers. On Enterprise, two people can co-edit the minutes in real time, turning agreed actions into owned, dated tasks, with prior minutes shown side by side.
See who is due, overdue, or up to date at a glance, with a matrix across the whole team and a record of every completed session.
A system library of 75 CQC-aligned audit templates, including a full nursing pack. Score each area against SAF quality statements, and turn findings straight into tracked actions with an inspection-pack export.

Trine was built by the owner of a UK residential care home and a nursing home, who needed a simpler way to stay inspection-ready and built it for our own homes first.
Built by care people, not just tech people
Actions, evidence, and audits structured around the CQC Single Assessment Framework.
Personal data minimised, attributed, and bounded to the people who need it.
Who changed what, when, and why, recorded automatically across the platform.
Every record is bounded to a provider and care home, so data never crosses tenants.
Key records supersede the prior version rather than overwrite it, so their history stays recoverable.
Your records stay in the UK, hosted, backed up, and processed onshore.
Two-factor authentication can be enforced for every user, and each account is scoped to its own provider and care home.
Premium compliance operations, priced for the unit you actually operate. You pay for the homes you run, and no more.
Run a structured compliance loop in one care home.
Operate compliance, audits, supervision, and staff records in one place.
Custom provider agreement
Compliance at provider scale, with multi-site oversight and real-time collaboration.
A note on VAT: prices are shown excluding VAT. Trine is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged today and the price you see is the price you pay. Once we become VAT registered, VAT will be added at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%), and we will let existing customers know before it applies.
All plans include CQC-aligned workflows, audit trail on every change, GDPR-conscious design, soft-supersede records, and UK data residency. Prices are in GBP.
